Important considerations: when doing this test, be sure that the person you are testing doesn’t have any shoulder issues. You don’t want to cause stress or injury. Also, be sure that you’re person is FULLY engaged in feeling a negative emotion (and then a positive emotion) before applying pressure to arms. You’ll be amazed!
